Tianjin Huayou Hanwei Technology Development Co., Ltd. (HYIHW for short) is a technological service-oriented enterprise specializing in petrochemical, ship and ocean engineering, power plant valve and actuator repair and maintenance. The company was established in 2003 with a registered capital of 11.09 million yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a scientific and technological innovation enterprise in Tianjin, and has a first-class qualification for valve and actuator maintenance and transformation.

The company has two factories in Tianjin and Huizhou, with a total production area of 15,000m2 and more than 120 registered employees, including 30 middle and senior engineers, and more than 40 senior technicians covering fitters, electricians, instrument workers and other majors. All employees have received training from the Canadian valve technical service organization "VALVEPRO" (VALVEPRO is the world's authoritative valve maintenance training organization), and the company's engineers have received training from international first-line brands such as FLOWSERVE, ROTORK, DRESSER, EMERSON and other actuator manufacturers.

Tianjin factory workshop covers an area of 5000m2, with a building area of 3000m2. It has 5 automatic pressure test benches, 2 sets of regulating valve calibration benches, 10 manual pressure test machines, and 1 set of high-pressure air seal test system, which can perform pressure tests on valves below 48"; 1 10t crane, 3 3t crane Department; 1 set of external static pressure simulation test chamber for deep sea valves; more than 20 sets of professional processing and maintenance equipment; 2 fully automatic sandblasting rooms; 1 set of coating system.

Huizhou factory workshop covers an area of 10,000m2, with a building area of 6,000m2. It has 8 automatic pressure test benches, 4 sets of control valve calibration benches, 1 safety valve intelligent calibration bench, 1 intelligent high-pressure air seal test system (API15000), and 2 manual pressure test machines, which can be used for pressures below 48" Valves are tested; ISO15848 helium test system; simulated central control system; 1 30t crane, 2 10t crane, 4 3t crane, 12 other cranes in total; more than 20 professional processing equipment; 1 fully automatic sandblasting room seat; 1 set of painting system and simulated on-line inspection and maintenance training platform.

We currently have four maintenance centers in Tianjin, Guangdong, Shandong, and Zhejiang, which can provide inspection, maintenance, modification, transportation and storage services for valves and actuators.
